FOH/Bar Staff & Supervisors – New Pub Opening Soon!

Our newpub and function centre is opening soon, and we're looking for enthusiastic, bubbly and reliable people to join our team acrossFront of House, Bar and Supervisory positions.
Positions are also available to commence immediately at another pub location, giving successful applicants the chance to gain experience with our team before the new venue opens.
About the role:
We havecasual and part time positions available, with opportunities for you to take on additional responsibility and progress into supervisory roles.
You’ll be working in a rapid-paced hospitality environment where great customer service, teamwork and attention to detail are key.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to all RSA requirements
Taking orders and processing POS and cash transactions
Preparing and serving drinks
Basic cocktail preparation and bar service
Running food and assisting with table service
Maintaining a clean,
organised and welcoming venue
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Working as part of a team during busy service periods
For Supervisors: supporting staff, helping coordinate service and assisting management with the day-to-day operation of the venue
About you:
Friendly, approachable and confident working with customers
Reliable, punctual and willing to be part of a team
Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
Able to communicate effectively with customers and other team members
Legally able to work in Australia and an Australian resident for tax purposes
Able to reliably travel to and from work, with your own means of transport
18+ with a valid RSA
Bar, cocktail or hospitality experience ispreferred but not essential for FOH roles,
Bar supervisors are required to have a minimum of 1 year’s bar experience
