Broker Associate / ParaBroker | Full time | Salary + Quarterly Bonuses

Soho Financial is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team. Perfect for school leavers, university students or career changers , no mortgage experience is required - we'll train you from the ground up .

You’ll work directly alongside one of South Australia's top-performing brokers , gaining hands-on experience across the full loan process while developing the skills to build a career in mortgage broking.

The Role
Prepare and package loan applications
Attend client meetings alongside the broker
Manage documentation, follow-ups and lender communication
Provide administrative and client support
Learn credit assessment, product selection and deal structuring

What We're Looking For
No experience required - full training provided
Strong organisation and communication skills
High attention to detail
Tech-savvy and confident with documentation
Ambitious, eager to learn and client-focused
