You'll join pta Consulting Group's learning team, building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise. We're looking for experienced eLearning developers who combine robust technical capability with a good eye for design, creating learning experiences that people actually engage with.

Key responsibilities

Building custom eLearning experiences in Articulate Storyline and Rise
n
Creating interactions that feel intuitive, not over-engineered
n
Using variables, states, triggers and transitions to bring learning to life
n
Designing interfaces that are clean, accessible and easy to navigate
n
Collaborating with learning designers, consultants, and graphic designers to turn ideas into polished learning products
n
Finding clever technical solutions to tricky learning problems
n

About you
n
n
Experienced in building quality Storyline modules
n
Strong technical Storyline capability with knowledge of triggers, variables, states and transitions
n




Good eye for design with understanding of layout, hierarchy and visual consistency
n
Understanding of user experience and learner behaviour
n
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
n
Ability to think about when to keep things simple and when an interaction genuinely adds value
n
Portfolio of work you're proud of demonstrating your approach to learning and design
n
