Strata Assistant | CBD Fringe | Up to $80K + Super

We're looking for a Strata Assistant to join a well-established boutique strata business and work closely alongside an experienced Strata Manager. You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, while gaining valuable exposure to the wider strata management process.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Assist the Strata Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio
n
Coordinate AGMs, including calling meetings and issuing meeting notices
n
Prepare agendas, minutes and meeting documentation
n
Action minutes, work orders and approve invoices
n
Manage general correspondence with owners, committees and contractors
n




Assist with setting up and amending company procedures
n
Prepare presentations and supporting documentation
n
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Strata Manager
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who has previous strata experience and is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience working within strata
n
Current Strata Certificate of Registration
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
A proactive and switched-on approach
n
A genuine interest in developing your career within strata
n
n
