Looking for an ongoing ,hands-on role where you can learn a specialised skill and lock in steady hours?
n
We're seeking a reliable Tyre Technician to join a busy production team in Wetherill Park. This is a practical, physical role working with tyre retreads, it's a dirty setting, so you'll need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty and working around used tyres every day.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Inspecting tyres inside andout to assess condition
n
Using electrical and laser-based technology to identify internal faults
n
Buffing and shaping tyre casings
n
Completing repairs and preparing casings for new tread
n
Applying new tread using automated machinery
n
Curing, finishing, and completing final quality checks
n
n
Important to know:
n
n
This is a hands-on, industrial environment - not a clean warehouse
n
You'll be working with used tyre casings and rubber dust
n
Full training is provided, so we're looking for someone who is willing to commit long-term and learn the process properly
n
n




What we're looking for:
n

Someone reliable who turns up and takes pride in their work
n
Comfortable with physical tasks and machinery
n
Good attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
n
Manufacturing, mechanical, or labouring experience is helpful but not essential
n
n

$35 per hour

Consistent Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm hours (your afternoons are free)
