Capture Recruitment is seeking a Electrical Assembler for a position based in the Western Suburbs on Day shift for those with demonstrated experience. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start and a view to permanency for the right candidate.

Shift Schedule:
n
n
Day Shift,7:00am to 3:00pm
n
Monday to Friday
n
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Pick& prepare components from the warehouse for assembly
n
Assemble products in accordance with technical drawings, procedures & job instructions
n
Reading & interpreting industrial drawings for assembly of industrial fans
n
Use of hand & power tools
n
Forklift driving
n
Manual handling tasks
n
Carry out regular maintenance on assembly line tools& report defects to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager
n




Assist with warehouse duties as required, including non routine operational tasks
n
Maintain clean, organised & protected equipment, machinery & work areas
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Current& valid forklift licence is essential
n
Ability to read& interpret technical drawings essential
n
Mechanical aptitude, with technical or trade training in mechanical processes considered highly desirable
n
Experience using hand & power tools
n
Experience using overhead crane advantageous
n
Proven ability to work with& meet KPI's
n
Basic computer capability across Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
