As owners, we remain highly involved and very supportive in the day-to-day running of the business. This role is designed to support operations — not to manage the entire business alone or operate under high pressure.

The Role
n
We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Assistant Gym Manager to assist with the smooth daily operation of the gym. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, presentation, and member experience — not sales targets or high-pressure KPIs.
n
The role will commence part-time, with a clear pathway to full-time employment for the right person as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
n

Oversee daily gym operations during rostered hours
n
Lead and support staff on shift
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and member experience
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
n
Handle member enquiries and resolve issues professionally
n
Support staff coordination, communication, and onboarding
n
Work closely with owners on day-to-day operations and improvements
n
