The Role You'll take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio, building robust relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring the day-to-day management of the portfolio runs smoothly.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
n
Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
n
Managing tenant enquiries and requests
n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
Conducting routine inspections and managing follow-up
n
Handling lease renewals, arrears and compliance
n
Managing ingoing and outgoing processes
n
Liaising with trades, contractors and internal teams
n
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
n
Providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants

Has previous residential Property Management experience
n
Is organised, proactive and commercially minded
