Availability & Casual Opportunities

Casual employees play an important role in supporting our residents, with ongoing opportunities for shifts across the roster, including coverage for planned and unplanned needs. This is a great opportunity for those seeking flexibility while maintaining regular involvement in a supportive team environment.

All casual roles are paid in line with the relevant award, including casual loading and applicable penalty rates.

About the Role
n
You will:
n
n
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, domestic tasks, mobility, meal preparation, and community participation
n
Support residents with grooming, toileting, dressing, shopping and social engagement
n
Assist with catering tasks,



maintaining hygienic kitchen and dining areas.
n
Basic cleaning of resident units, communal areas, and external spaces to a high standard
n
Monitor residents' needs, follow care plans, and report changes or concerns
n
Maintain accurate communication and work cooperatively within a multi-disciplinary team
n
Adhere to WHS, food safety, privacy, and aged care quality standards
n
Be able to travel to Mona Vale, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Parking available and public transport at the door.

About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
n
Experience supporting older people
n
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a resident-focused mindset
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safe and hygienic environments
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Flexibility to work varied hours
n
A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
n
First Aid and kitchen/catering experience (desirable)
n
