Coverite Projects is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across the aged care, education, retirement living, commercial and hospitality sectors.
You'll take ownership of identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified project opportunities that support Coverite's continued growth - working closely with our Growth team and handing well-qualified opportunities to our project consultant team.

You enjoy meeting people, opening doors, and turning conversations into opportunities.
You are commercially curious, organised and proactive. You follow through on commitments, build trust quickly, and enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
What You'll Do
Research and identify new opportunities.
Build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom) and networking.
Qualify opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.




Coordinate smooth handovers to the project consultant team.
Represent the Coverite brand professionally.
Help grow a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
What You'll Bring
Experience in business development, sales, relationship management or lead generation.
Confident, professional communicator - comfortable on the phone and meeting people face to face.
Hands-on CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot)
Strong organisation and follow-up discipline.
Current driver's licence, with flexibility to travel locally for client meetings.
Construction, property, architecture or qualified services experience highly regarded, but not essential.
