Diesel Mechanic – Civil & Earthmoving
We are looking for an experienced and reliable
Diesel Mechanic
to join our team, servicing and maintaining trucks, plant and heavy machinery across a range of civil and earthmoving projects.
Key responsibilities
Carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on trucks, plant and heavy machinery
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic faults
Completing daily inspections and ensuring equipment is secure and roadworthy
Must be able to use
GPS units
Musk be able to use a
Rock Saw
safely and competently when required
Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records
Keeping equipment, workshop areas and tools clean and well maintained
Working alongside operators, supervisors and site crews
Following all site and company safety procedures
About you




Qualified and experienced
Diesel Mechanic
Experience working on
trucks, earthmoving equipment and civil machinery
Confident using
GPS systems
Must be able to operate a
Rock Saw
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
White Card
Current driver's licence
Good attitude and strong work ethic
