Entry-Level Inspections Officer / Field Agent

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine and pre-lease property inspections
Attend open homes and private inspections
Complete inspection reports and provide feedback to the property management team
Assist with leasing activities and tenant enquiries
Liaise professionally with tenants,



landlords and prospective renters
Assist the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks
Support the leasing process from enquiry through to application
Provide excellent customer service throughout the inspection and leasing process
What We're Looking For
Current Real Estate Certificate / Agent's Representative
Current Driver's Licence – ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management or inspections is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualified and confident manner
Excellent organisation and time management
A positive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working outdoors and travelling between properties
Availability to work some Saturdays
Please note: A current Real Estate Certificate and Driver's Licence are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates who do not hold BOTH will not be considered for the role.
