About the Role
n
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at TLC, you will:
n
n
Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children and families.
n
Support NDIS participants and collaborate with schools, preschools, and community services.
n
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including other OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Social Workers .
n




Receive structured mentorship and professional development to support your career growth.

What We're Looking For
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
n
AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
n
A passion for family-centred, evidence-based therapy.
n
n
Experienced OTs are encouraged to apply. Tailored supervision and career development pathways are available.
