About the Role
n
Working alongside our project teams, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to help keep projects organised, on track and running smoothly.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing administrative support across multiple projects
n
Coordinating schedules, milestones and project deliverables
n
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
n
Preparing reports, spreadsheets and project updates
n
Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors
n
Assisting with procurement, quotations, tenders and purchase orders
n
Supporting project financial administration, including invoices and cost tracking
n
Assisting with general project coordination and administration as required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
n
Highly attentive to detail
n
Confident communicating with a range of people
n
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
n
Interested in developing their project administration and coordination skills
n
Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership of their work
n
Experienced in administration — project experience is desirable but not essential
n
n
A current full driver's licence and good driving record is required.
n
A qualification or background in business, project management, administration or a related field would be advantageous. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
