We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major large-scale infrastructure project in Newcastle, NSW.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects, particularly those with experience delivering fast-track and complex projects.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage General Contractors, HV Contractors and consultants.
n
Oversee construction, fit-out, scope, quality, budget and schedule.
n
Coordinate Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE).
n
Manage design issues, trade letting, claims and variations.




n
Coordinate commissioning and project handover.
n
Drive project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
n
n
About You
n
n
7–9+ years of
construction/project
delivery experience.
n
Experience in construction, infrastructure or data centres.
n
Hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable
n
Solid GC, contractor, commercial and stakeholder management experience.
n
HV/electrical infrastructure experience advantageous.
n
Proactive "get things done" approach with strong communication skills.
