In this role, you'll:
n
n
Lead and grow a high-performing R&D; Tax practice within the Sydney market
n
Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients undertaking technical, scientific, and high-impact commercial projects
n
Provide strategic oversight across engagements from early-stage eligibility through to submission and advisory delivery
n
Drive business development initiatives and expand market presence across key industries
n
Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships
n
Mentor and develop Managers and senior team members, fostering a collaborative leadership culture
n
Stay ahead of legislative and policy developments,



contributing to firm-wide strategy and capability building
n
Work closely with national leadership to shape growth initiatives and service offerings
n
n
Your Background We're seeking someone who brings:
n
n
10+ years' experience in R&D; Tax, innovation incentives, or related advisory services
n
Demonstrated experience operating at Director, Associate Partner, or Partner level
n
Strong business development capability with a track record of winning work
n
Qualifications in Engineering, Science, IT, Accounting, Law, or similar
n
Exceptional stakeholder management and commercial advisory skills
n
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
n
A strategic, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to drive practice expansion
n
