to join our team at our Rosehill asphalt plant.
Operating on a 24/5 schedule, we offer stable, ongoing contract work with flexibility across multiple shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Load Asphalt via PC:
Comfortably use computer systems to manage and dispatch asphalt loads.
Radio Communication:
Clear and professional communication with truck drivers via UHF radio to coordinate moving traffic.
Plant Maintenance:
Roll up your sleeves for general maintenance and regular cleaning to keep the plant running smoothly.
Autonomous Work:
Confidently work alone during shifts while strictly following site rules and operational procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Communication is Key:




Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for managing truck flow and safety cues.
Safety First Mindset:
A strong, uncompromised focus on Work Health & Safety (WHS) guidelines.
Tech Literacy:
Comfortable using basic PC software for load management.
Reliability:
Ability to work independently, follow strict protocols, and show up ready for your selected shift.
Physical Fitness:
Capability to handle the physical aspects of plant cleaning and basic maintenance.
