We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our successful team.

Responsibilities

Have the opportunity to sell both New and Used vehicles.
n
Manage the full vehicle sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
n
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
n
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured sales processes.
n
Stay current with product knowledge, stock availability, and market trends.
n
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
n
Uphold dealership standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.

Requirements and Skills

Proven automotive sales experience with a strong track record of results.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
n
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.

High-level organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Professional presentation and a positive, driven attitude.
n
Confidence in generating new business and managing follow-up effectively.
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
n
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Successful completion of a National Police Check.
