We're looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead our reception and administration team across both our Maroochydore and Forest Glen sites. At The Radiology Clinic, we believe the patient comes first. Whether someone is attending for a routine scan or navigating a life-changing diagnosis, the administration team plays a critical role in how supported, informed and cared for they feel. You'll put patient experience at the heart of everything the administration team does. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be comfortable stepping onto the reception desk when needed, we're a team that leads from the front.

Key responsibilities
Leading and managing the reception and administration team across both sites
Rostering, leave management and workforce planning
Billing oversight and Medicare compliance




Onboarding and training new staff
Managing patient experience and complaints
Maintaining and improving administration systems and workflows
Reporting to the Operations Manager
About you
Previous experience in a team leader or administration management role
A genuine passion for customer service and creating a great experience for every patient
Strong people skills and a genuine interest in leading a team
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
Confident, calm and solutions-focused under pressure
Comfortable working across multiple sites
