Our clinic encompasses a wide range of aesthetic services including cosmetic surgery, cosmetic injectables, body sculpting, wellness, skin rejuvenation technologies and dermal therapies.
We are looking for an experienced, well presented and reliable receptionist who can commit to being with our clinic for the long term. The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys a dynamic workplace, learning new skills, engaging with clients and taking a genuine interest in the aesthetic journey of both our surgical and non-surgical clients. We are a close team which believes in providing a premium aesthetic experience. Client comfort and satisfaction is our number one goal and being the first point of contact, our receptionists need to promote this philosophy in all aspects of their work.
The successful applicant will have:
Previous reception / customer service experience essential, preferably in the medical / cosmetic / day spa / beauty therapy fields.
Knowledge of the cosmetic surgery industry would be highly regarded
Positive grammar, spelling, arithmetics (minimum Grade 12 education)
Good computer skills (fluent with Microsoft office, word, excel & Mailchimp)




Experience using clinic management software (Cliniko and Phorest ideally) and Xero would be beneficial
Confidence using cameras and social media
Strong organisational and time management skills and attention to detail
The ability to learn quickly, work independently and perform tasks accurately
An outgoing, friendly nature and a lovely phone manner
Honesty and reliability essential
The role:
Reception duties - answer phone enquiries, monitor emails, make patient bookings, greet patients, monitor and ensure patient flow, follow clinic protocols, filing, cashier / receipting / end of day accounts / banking
Patient photography - 2D and 3D
Sales - Engage with clients about our services and products and encourage bookings
Maintain efficient scheduling and monitor waitlists/call lists
Stocktake, order products as required
Treatment room setup and turnover
Setup clients on body contouring machines and LED
Prepare clients for treatments
Share in basic clinic cleaning tasks
