We are looking for a part time Maintenance Officer (Monday to Thursday, 60h/ fortnight) to work across our Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living Units in Maroubra.

The Role
Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across our aged care and retirement living community, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Maintain attractive and secure outdoor areas through lawn mowing, hedging, gardening, and general grounds maintenance.
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to keep our buildings, equipment, and assets in excellent condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve repairs efficiently.
Help ensure our facilities meet safety and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive Work Health and Safety (WHS) culture.
