We’re looking for a Barista/Allrounder to join our Sydney team across our CBD and Rosebery venues to help deliver the precision, warmth, and care that define the Lune experience. This role will suit a warm and friendly hospitality qualified who loves great coffee, a dynamic and fast‑paced service workplace and working as part of a close‑knit team.

What the role involves
Preparing and serving consistently excellent coffee
Managing POS, plating, and guest service
Maintaining flow, organisation, and attention to detail during service
Supporting teammates and creating a welcoming guest experience

We're looking for someone who
Has 1–2 years’ experience as a Barista/Allrounder




Communicates clearly and brings a calm, positive energy to service
Is confident, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team environment
Has flexible availability, including weekends
Has full working rights in Australia
