We are seeking a
Logistics Operations Senior Specialist
to support logistics and distribution activities across Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC markets including
Thailand
. In this role, you will work closely with logistics service providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure life-changing medicines reach patients safely, compliantly, and on time.
This is an excellent prospect for someone with experience in logistics, import/export operations, supply chain coordination, or customs processes who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations from supplier pickup through to customer delivery
Manage order processing, shipment monitoring, and inventory movements across APAC markets
Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders and warehouse partners
Support import and export activities, customs clearance processes and cross-border shipments
Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP and relevant trade regulations
Investigate and resolve distribution, transportation and delivery issues
Coordinate product returns, recalls, destructions and reverse logistics activities
Review logistics performance, service levels and operational KPIs
Support invoice reconciliation,



purchase orders and logistics cost management
Contribute to process improvement, automation and operational excellence initiatives
Maintain logistics documentation and support audit readiness activities
Partner with regional and global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams
What We're Looking For
Essential
Business-level proficiency in both Thai and English
Experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, customs brokerage, freight forwarding or distribution operations
Experience working in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, medical devices, clinical logistics or similar industries
Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs processes
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
Experience working with 3PLs, logistics service providers or transportation partners
Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) requirements
Exposure to APAC regional logistics operations
