Key responsibilities:

Deliver key organisational communication campaigns and messaging to promote company vision, mission, values, and strategy.
n
Support the management of internal communications channels including the company intranet, digital signage, events and newsletters.
n
Creation of a variety of internal communication materials including articles, emails, intranet content, social media posts, videos and presentations.
n
Support the management of the internal communications calendar including decision making on timing and alignment on key activities.
n
Support the execution of the digital marketing tasks including the creation of social media content, website content and other content management systems.
n
Supporting the launch of new digital platforms and apps.
n
Support key stakeholders and the wider business in relation to communication initiatives.
n
n




Qualifications and experience:
n
n
A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in internal communications, corporate communications or similar.
n
Degree qualified in communications, organisational communications or similar.
n
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
n
Proven project management skills and the ability to balance demands of multiple projects within expected deadlines.
n
Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritise high value projects versus tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Highly responsive, customer-centric/solutions-oriented approach, building trust with internal partners.
n
High degree of attention to detail and follow through.
n
Demonstrates ability to think creatively and critically to solve problems.
n
Must have ability to move quickly without compromising quality.
n
The ability to write across various online channels
n
Experience working with digital platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe
n
