We're building our nursing team from the beginning, and we're looking for a junior veterinary nurse who wants to build their career with us.

You might have recently completed your Cert IV.

You might still be studying.
n
Or perhaps you've been nursing for a little while and know there's still a lot you want to learn.

That's okay.

We don't expect you to walk through the door knowing everything.
n
We're much more interested in whether you want to get better.

There's a big difference between having a nursing qualification...

And becoming a really good veterinary nurse.
n
That takes time. Practice. Feedback. Good people around you.

And the opportunity to actually use your skills.

Orana is a brand-new hospital, but we're not starting without experience behind us.

We're the sister clinic to our established Clyde Veterinary Hospital.

So you'll have established systems, standards of care and experienced people around you.

But you'll also join Orana right near the beginning.
n
There will be quieter days while the hospital grows.
n
Use them.
n
Practise a skill. Learn a protocol. Ask someone to show you something.
n
Because the hospital won't stay quiet forever.
n
And as Orana grows, we'd love you to grow with it.
n
A year or two from now, we'd love you to look back and realise just how much better you've become.

More confident.
n
More capable.
n
More skilled.
n
And perhaps, one day, you'll be the experienced nurse helping the next junior nurse find the feet.
