The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of securing new business. You'll be supported by a passionate team and report directly to the Branch Manager as you work to grow our client base and sales revenue.
What you'll be doing
Researching and identifying recent business opportunities across retail, commercial and industrial sectors
Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and introduce Wanless services
Participating in door-to-door campaigns to build relationships with local businesses
Manage CRM data entry, sales pipeline management and client record maintenance
Attending client meetings and industry events to learn best practices in sales and relationship management
Manage the preparation of quotes and proposals
Gathering competitor and market intelligence to support strategic planning




Collaborating with internal teams to tailored customer solutions are developed
Communicate the value of our services with clarity and professionalism
About You
You might already be in a B2B sales role or perhaps a tradesperson ready for a fresh challenge. Either way, we want someone highly motivated, self-driven and ready to roll up their sleeves to achieve real results.We value personality, drive and determination over industry experience – if you've got the attitude, we'll support your success.
You'll bring:
Sales experience or a background in trade with a desire to move into sales
Solid communication skills – both written and verbal
Confidence in cold calling, appointment setting and closing deals
Tenacity, resilience and a results-driven mindset
Strong time management and organisational skills
A natural ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
A positive, team-first attitude
Have a drivers licence and reliable transport
Able to pass a medical and regular random Drug & Alcohol testing
