The Save Group is a Melbourne-based boutique HR consultancy helping Australian SMEs with practical, creative and proactive people solutions. Working primarily with small and growing businesses, our close-knit team supports clients across recruitment, HR and broader workplace needs.

What You'll Tackle Daily:
n
n
Participate in client briefing meetings to understand hiring requirements, role expectations and business needs.
n
Source, screen and interview candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals and other sourcing channels.
n
Support candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement.
n
Prepare high-quality candidate summaries, shortlists and recruitment recommendations for review.
n
Coordinate interviews, reference checks, offers and placement activities.
n
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
n
Maintain accurate recruitment records and adhere to established recruitment processes.
n
Accurately record billable time and recruitment activities.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client and candidate experience.
n
Support consultants in delivering recruitment projects and campaigns across a range of clients and industries.
n

What You Bring to the Table:
n
n
1-3+ years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources or a similar people-focused role.
n
Strong phone communication and confidence engaging with candidates, clients and business owners.
n
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines and competing priorities.
n




Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships.
n
Commercially aware, accountable and comfortable working within billable-hour targets.
n
Candidate-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering a positive recruitment experience.
n
Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to find creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
n
Tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, SEEK Premium Talent or similar tools.
n
Qualifications in HR, Recruitment or Business are preferred but not essential.
