Essendon CARCO is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing team.

This is a rare opportunity to work across one of Melbourne's most diverse automotive operations, with access to 20+ used vehicle brands and exciting emerging brands including XPENG and OMODA JAECOO. About the Role
n
As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting both our new and used vehicle operations by:
n
n
Presenting tailored finance, insurance, warranty and protection products.
n
Building strong relationships with customers and creating a seamless purchase experience.
n
Identifying opportunities to maximise finance and aftermarket penetration.
n
Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
n
Maintaining compliance with all lending and dealership requirements.
n
Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to achieve dealership objectives.
n

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Consultant or Business Manager.
n
Proven success across finance, insurance, warranty and aftermarket products.
n
A strong record of achieving and exceeding dealership performance targets.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
n
Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
n
High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
n
A customer-first mindset combined with a strong commercial focus.
