MedAdvisor is seeking a Medicines Information Associate to join its Product Team and play an important role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and delivery of medicines information used by healthcare professionals across Australia.
This position combines healthcare knowledge, information management and data quality in a highly detail-oriented environment. Working closely with pharmaceutical companies and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure critical medicines information is accurately maintained, validated and distributed through MedAdvisor's secure information systems.

This is a full-time maternity leave cover contract through to approximately August ****, based in Sydney, with a hybrid working arrangement available.
About the Role
As a Medicines Information Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing medicines information databases housed within our Secure Data Warehouse.
You will process, validate and prepare medicines information for distribution, ensuring data remains accurate, current and accessible for clients and distribution partners. Success in this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a genuine commitment to quality and accuracy.
Working as part of a collaborative Product Team, you will contribute to the digitisation, maintenance and quality assurance of medicines information relied upon throughout the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update medicines information databases and related systems
Process,



validate and prepare medicines data for distribution to clients
Liaise with pharmaceutical company representatives regarding medical documentation and drug samples
Prepare Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) documents using proprietary systems, XML and Microsoft Word templates
Format and convert medical documentation into PDF and other digital formats
Conduct quality assurance and data validation activities
Generate reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain the Drug Image Database
Support and train internal and external users on systems and processes
Conduct audits and currency reviews to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
Identify, investigate and correct data discrepanciesMaintain internal documentation, procedures and process guidelines
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy working with structured information, can manage competing priorities and are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will bring:
