Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Enrolled Nurse at Blacktown Hospital to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to support patient health outcomes. You will assist in assessing, planning and evaluating nursing care, deliver care in line with skilled, legal and ethical standards, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
