We are looking for a Full Time Practice Nurse to join our Singleton Practice on Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's & Friday's as a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive services for our patients. Tasks
Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
Pre-Employment Medicals including Order 45
Audiometry
Respiratory Fit Testing
Drug and Alcohol Screening
Care plans and Health Assessment
Childhood and Adult immunisation
Wound dressings and removal of sutures
Set up and assist with small procedure's
Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals
The Successful Candidate
AHPRA Registered Nurse (Essential)




Best Practice Software experience (Desirable)
Must hold an immunisation certificate or willing to complete their immunisation certificate within 3 months of employment. (Essential)
Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting (Desirable)
Knowledge of Health Assessment (Desirable)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
A passion for people and a personable approach
Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with other nursing and clinical staff.
Be available between the clinic's opening hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm
