This role is to assist the General Manager and assure the smooth running of service throughout the bar. We are seeking a friendly, professional, highly motivated person who has what it takes to exceed guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
Assist the General Manager
Assure the smooth running of service throughout the bar
Deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction
About you
Ability to work a variety of shifts and flexibility with hours
Work as a team and positively contribute
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Previous experience in a similar role
About us
The Rockley Pub celebrated its 150th year this year and is located in the village of Rockley, 25 minutes south of Bathurst. Proudly owned by well known chef Matt Moran, The Rockley Pub is opening during renovations which will include a completely current bar, beer garden, restaurant and accommodation.
