The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for our clients, contractors, and service partners, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll work closely with our operational and leadership teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of administrative, coordination, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Manage the company inbox and ensure emails are actioned promptly
Provide updates and information to clients, facility managers, and service partners
Maintain a professional and welcoming first impression of the business
Administration & Job Coordination
Enter and update jobs accurately within our AroFlo management system
Process and monitor work orders through various client portals
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and electronic filing systems
Assist with general administration and office support duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll possess:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning current software systems
The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach
A high level of integrity and confidentiality
Previous administration, reception, scheduling, customer service, or service-industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
