Hotel Sorrento is seeking an experienced Bars Operations Manager to lead and oversee Salt, Front Bar, Rooftop, Shi Hui Shi Bar, Pool Bar, Lounge Bar and the new Lobby Bar on the Mornington Peninsula. This senior, hands-on role reports to/be alongside the Beverage Manager and is responsible for operational and financial performance, workforce, guest experience and service standards.
