About Us
The Balanced Chiropractic Centre is a growing, high-performance chiropractic practice in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast.
We combine hands‐on corrective chiropractic care with modern technology including digital posture analysis, on‐site X‐ray, neurological assessments and our Thermpix Inflammation Scan.

We're growing quickly, and we're looking for an exceptional
Office Manager
to help lead the next stage of that growth.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the operational side of the practice — leading the team, managing systems and processes, overseeing finances and making sure the business runs smoothly every day.
You'll become the operational backbone of the practice, allowing our doctors to focus on patient care, clinical excellence and the long‐term vision of the business.
You'll have genuine responsibility, autonomy and influence over how the practice operates.
What You'll Own
Business Operations
Oversee day‐to‐day operations including team management, statistics, billing, collections, rostering, financial reporting and facility management.
Optimising Team Performance
Use team scorecards, KPIs and performance metrics to monitor results, identify opportunities for improvement and keep the team focused on achieving its targets.
Team Leadership
Help lead, train and develop the team. Set clear expectations, create accountability and help build a culture where people perform at a high level and enjoy coming to work.
Run Team Meetings
Lead regular team meetings, review scorecards and KPIs, set transparent weekly priorities and ensure the team is consistently working towards and achieving its targets.
Communication




Become the communication hub between leadership and the team. Ensure everyone understands the vision, goals, priorities and expectations.

Experience
The right candidate will have
2+ years' experience
in practice management, office management, team leadership or a similar operations role.
Chiropractic or healthcare experience is a bonus, but
not essential
for the right person.

Competitive Pay
$40–$50 per hour plus bonuses, with the opportunity for the right person to progress into a permanent position with great salary + bonuses.
