Hours:9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Casual

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be highly valued.

Your Role Will Include:
n
n
Assisting with minor procedures.
n
Wound care.
n
Providing and registering immunisations with the AIR
n
Ordering stock and vaccines.
n




General treatment room responsibilities.
n
Quality improvement.
n
Support with the accreditation process.
n
Health Assessment and Care Plan
n
n
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be:
n
n
Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA.
n
Knowledge of chronic care management (e.g. diabetes, care plans, etc)
n
Experience in a general practice setting is preferred.
n
Knowledge of the current immunisation schedules.
n
Experience with Medicare item numbers.
n
Excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Medical Director/Pracsoft (or similar practice software).
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
n
Confident running flu vaccine clinics.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A proactive and empathetic approach to patient care.
n
