About the Roles

This is a hands-on retail roles where no two days are the same. You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, support stock management and help create an enjoyable shopping experience .
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Greeting and assisting customers in-store with a friendly and professional approach
n
Providing product recommendations and advice across our toy categories
n
Operating registers and processing sales transactions
n




Assisting with stock replenishment, merchandising and ticketing
n
Maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation standards
n
Supporting promotional campaigns, catalogue launches and seasonal events
n
Assisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect orders
n
Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
n

About You
