We are a family-owned food manufacturing business based on Melbourne's north side, seeking experienced Lline Supervisors to help lead our production team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.

This hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and taking pride in producing quality food safely and consistently.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring output, quality, and food safety standards are met while supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise daily production operations and staff
n
Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency goals are met
n
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements
n
Coordinate staffing, breaks, and workflow on the production floor
n
Troubleshoot production issues and escalated where required
n




Support training and onboarding of production staff
n
Work closely with management to improve systems and processes
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience supervising in a food manufacturing environment
n
Experience with floor packing machines
n
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
n
Confident leading teams in a fast-paced production setting
n
Practical, level-headed, and solutions-focused
n
Good communication skills and attention to detail
n
Willing to be hands-on when required
n
