Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician looking for more than just another job on the tools?
We're seeking a motivated and experienced technician to become a key part of our growing mechanical services business and play a leading role in establishing our dedicated service and maintenance division.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys technical work, customer relationships, and taking ownership. Initially, you'll be hands-on in the field delivering service, maintenance and repair work, while helping develop client relationships that will support future growth of the division.
As the division grows, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a management position and lead the service division they helped build.

We are a locally owned air conditioning & ventilation company servicing commercial and residential clients across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.
Our business has established a strong reputation in project delivery and air conditioning installations, and we're now investing in growing our service and maintenance offering.

About the Role
This is a predominantly field-based position with responsibility for:




Preventative maintenance of commercial & residential HVAC systems.
Service, Diagnosing and repairing air conditioning equipment.
Building strong relationships with customers.
Identifying opportunities for maintenance agreements and ongoing service work.
Supporting the growth and development of the service department.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
Several years' experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Current driver's licence.
A proactive attitude and interest in helping grow the division.
