Island Radio, a Sydney dining spot under House Made Hospitality, is seeking a Chef de Partie for a busy kitchen in Surry Hills. You will cook and plate to spec, mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced setting.

A culinary qualification or proven experience is required, with solid food safety knowledge and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Asian cuisines interest is a bonus, and a collaborative kitchen team awaits.
