EQUILINE PROJECTS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Painter to join our building restoration team. This is a full time position (38 hours per week) working across commercial buildings in Sydney.
About the Role n
You will carry internal and external painting works. The role requires strong technical ability, safe work practices, and confidence working at heights.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Painting and maintenance of building surfaces
n
Carry out surface preparation including washing, scraping, sanding, and priming
n
Apply various types of paint, coatings, and protective finishes with precision
n
Daily equipment checks and WHS compliance
n
Working independently and within a small team
n
Requirements n
n
IRATA Level 1/2/3 or equivalent
n
At least 2 years of experience in rope-access painting and façade works
n
Strong understanding of WHS and high-risk work procedures
n
Ability to work at heights and operate rope-access equipment
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
n
