Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Manage smooth and effective check-in and check-out processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for in-house, arriving,



and departing guests.
Provide local recommendations and assist with leisure and corporate guest enquiries.
Assist with reservations and booking enquiries.
Complete the Night Audit process, ensuring daily transactions are accurately balanced and reports are completed.
Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment during overnight shifts.
Qualifications
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Qualifications
