The Opportunity:
n
You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately $350K, servicing 367 clients and 920 policies.
n
With exposure across a broad range of domestic insurance products, this is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You'll manage the full client lifecycle,



providing proactive advice and ensuring clients receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage and service an established domestic insurance portfolio
n
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
n
Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations and policy adjustments
n
Handle day-to-day client enquiries and provide tailored solutions
n
Review client requirements and identify appropriate coverage opportunities
n
Liaise with insurers and underwriting partners
n
Maintain accurate policy documentation and records
n
Deliver a consistently high standard of client service
n
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience managing a domestic insurance portfolio
n
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance
n
Exposure to Prestige Motor & Home, Caravan, Farm, Boats, Landlords or Strata highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
n
The confidence to manage a high-volume portfolio independently
n
Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
n
n
Experience with WinBEAT and OfficeTech would be advantageous, however training will be provided. What's essential is that you're comfortable with technology, adaptable, and able to pick up new systems within a reasonable timeframe.
