Mercure Melbourne is hiring part time Food & Beverage Attendants to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner service with conferencing duties. You will work with the F&B; Team Leaders to ensure seamless guest experiences across shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Role includes greeting guests, handling enquiries, bookings, and upselling through product knowledge. RSA is required, and flexibility to rostered shifts is essential for success.
