Richers Transport operates the company's head office in Maryborough, on the fabulous Fraser Coast in QLD. Our company is a prominent carrier into the Wide Bay region, having been established since ****.

We currently have a full-time job available for a Trade Qualified, Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic based in our Maryborough Workshop. Apprentices in their 3rd or 4th year will also be considered.

Work Schedule
n
n
Monday to Friday with weekend and on-call work rosters at an additional rate
n
Two shifts: Morning (5:30 am to 2:00 pm) and Afternoon (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
n
Shift rotation: 2 weeks on morning shift, 1 week on afternoon shift
n

Responsibilities
n
n
Work under limited supervision within a team environment
n
Possess basic
electronic/electrical
skills (formal or otherwise)
n
Exercise good interpersonal and communication skills
n
Understand and apply quality control measures
n
A licence to operate forklifts and heavy vehicles would be an advantage.
n
Applicants will undergo previous employment checks. Our company has a strong health program and consent for drug and alcohol testing is a mandatory condition of employment.

The successful candidate will be offered above award pay rates based on our Enterprise Agreement.
