Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, an opportunity exists for a Worksite Leader - Glove & Barrier to join our operational team.
This position is ideally suited to an experienced Glove & Barrier Lineworker ready to step into leadership, or an established Worksite Leader looking to advance their career with a respected and growing contractor.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Team, you will provide frontline leadership across distribution network projects, ensuring crews operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with client and network requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating field-based Lineworker crews
Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
Planning and supervising daily work activities
Ensuring compliance with network standards, procedures and specifications
Providing leadership, coaching and support to team members
Liaising with clients, stakeholders and internal project teams
Managing site documentation and reporting requirements
Driving productivity, quality and project outcomes
About You




You are a safety-focused professional who leads by example and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Strong knowledge of Victorian electricity distribution networks
Well-developed leadership and communication skills
A commitment to safety, quality and compliance
Sound planning, organisational and problem-solving ability
The ability to build credibility and lead high-performing teams
Relevant industry qualifications, licences and authorisations
