About The Role
Ideal for an ambitious advisory skilled ready to step up and deliver real impact across a range of clients. You'll work alongside senior leadership on major change programmes and operating model improvements. It's a hands on role focused on problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes
Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working
Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings
Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables
Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions
Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery
Support internal initiatives and new business proposals
Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified
About You
Around 3 to 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management




Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory
Experience operating across change management, operating model design or transformation
Strong communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels
Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments
Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes
Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field
