Clancy Motors Bathurst are seeking a Professional Candidate to fill our Used Car Manager Position. During **** Clancy Motors has celebrated 75 years in operations supporting the Bathurst Community. **** will also see Clancy's add additional brands to our Business further providing the Bathurst Community more choice in filling their vehicle needs.

This role will include:

n
Physical presentation of vehicles and Showrooms.
n
Manage the wholesale activities of used inventory
n
Initiate recent business to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
n
Focus on staff training as required.
n
Generate leads for both the F&I;, and aftersales teams.
n

Experience is not required!

You will ideally possess:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
n
Able and willing to achieve set Targets and Kpi's.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
n
Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.
