About the Role
Carry a complex, specialised caseload with full clinical autonomy
Mentor and support junior clinicians informally or through a structured program
Collaborate across disciplines on complex or chronic presentations
Shape how your service area grows — if you want to
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience as a registered Physiotherapist
Clinical depth in MSK, sports, or a specialty area
Someone who leads by example, not just by title
Comfortable in a rapid-moving, multi-site environment
