Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents.
Assess individual needs and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans.
Provide ward/team leadership support when required, ensuring protected and effective care delivery.
Contribute to quality improvement and safe clinical practice initiatives.
What you need
The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is responsible for the planning and delivery of hospital and health services over 337,626 square kilometres, taking in the Eyre Peninsula, western part of South Australia and north to Coober Pedy.
Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with relevant standards.
